Our t-shirt today represents the islands connection as one ohana. Ohana means family and extended families whether related by blood, adopted or intentional. Mau loa means forever. The honu (turtle) is also our connection as they migrate from island to island so that we may enjoy their beauty and solitude. www.badtuna.com

This is one of many local favorite dishes in Hawaii called the "Loco Moco." It's basically a hamburger patty and two fried eggs over rice and lots of brown gravy. Simple, but ono (delicious). Sometimes I get a side of macaroni salad to go with it. Brah, that's a lot of carbs for the day.
