A big aloha, ohana! Have a great and prosperous2016 New Year!
Aloha, ohana! Christmas is just right around the corner. For some, it's only a few hours away. But, Santa is still catching a few waves at the Pipeline, North Shore. He's just loosening up before he makes his way to start delivering gifts to the world. Well, here's wishing you all a Mele Kalikimaka! Enjoy!
Aloha, ohana! This is our vintage HI-50 Aloha SUP Team white print on dark colored T-shirts. Great T-shirt for those who love stand up paddle boarding (SUP) and enjoy the Hawaiian culture and lifestyle. The symbol HI-50 stands for Hawaii (HI) the 50th (50)state. The words "Local Salt" represents you as part of the Pacific Ocean that surrounds the islands and the island's culture. What is shown is an American Apparel Organic T-shirt. However this design is available in various dark colored t-shirt styles and brands for men and women. The HI-50 brand design series are the creation of Bad Tuna founder Bob Viloria.
Wassup? It's Happy Aloha Friday! So, let's PADDLE UP and head for the waters this weekend for some SUPing or kayaking.Should be nice and
Happy Aloha Friday, ohana! Well, it’s the last day of Shark Week 2015. Don’t know about you folks, but I have second thoughts about going stand up paddle boarding in the ocean this weekend. Naaah, I’ll be out there with all the sea creatures below. Oh… I’ll take my dog with me as bait just in case—just kidding—aloha!
Who let the sharks out? Who-who-who-who-who? Who let the sharks out? Who-who-who-who-who? Well, who did let the sharks out? It's Shark Week 2015. Be out on the lookout for any fins coming your way while surfing, swimming or stand up paddling. You might be surprised like this SUPer. Just don't fall in the water unless you can walk on it. LOL!
Fresh news on the boat docks. We just caught a couple of live Ahi (tuna) T-shirts off the Kona Coast. They come in dark or light colors. Get one or more to wear on your next fishing trip this summer. Aloha, ohana! Now available at Bad Tuna Co.
Do you wish you were here on the island of Oahu or any tropical island and live for free? Yep, me too! LOL! Happy Aloha Friday! Enjoy your weekend.
This is one of our proposed logo design for a surf hotel in Costa Rica. It looks like the company is planning to purchase this design soon. If not, we can always use it for our line of Bad Tuna T-shirts. Your thoughts or ideas for a Bad Tuna Tee are welcome in the mean time. Here are some of our ideas: The Green Iguana Bar & Grill? Iguana Lime Beer Company? Lizard could be holding something else besides a surfboard. Looking for catch phrases as well.
Do you like Vietnamese food? If you're here in SoCal, there's a fairly new Vietnamese restaurant that opened in Fountain Valley, CA. that is called Pho Kim. The Vietnamese word "Pho" is pronounced "Fuh", which is a type of Vietnamese soup. The restaurant looks good, but you'd have to be careful to not say the name out loud in public. "Fuh-Kim?"![]() |

Aloha, ohana! Big Bad Tuna Formal Party on the North Shore of Oahu. Private invitation only provided that you come with your best formal water wear like these tuxedo birds. LOL!
What's the weather forecast in my area this weekend? SUNNY AND WARM! Yes! Great time to SUP. Hope to see you all out there in the water! Aloha!
Wonderful day in Huntington Harbor. 80 degrees with a cool breeze. It was a fun and relaxing day paddling round. Wish you were here.
Caught this pic while surfing the net. As you can see, this underwater sea roach knows how to party. However, it should be ready for the BBQ grill soon. Anyone for succulent, beer marinated lobster meat? Taste great and less filling! LOL!
Just created this conceptual logo for a fishing lure company. It's a red fish, but we kept in simple to two colors.
